Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How and when will I receive my images?

A: Within three weeks of your session, you'll gain access to your private online gallery. All photos uploaded will be watermarked.

Q: What if I want to buy more photos than are in my package?

A: After you choose the images in your package, you can buy additional images for $20 each or your entire gallery for $10 per image.

 

Q: What happens if it rains?

A: For private sessions, if it's light raining, you have the option to use my clear umbrellas, reschedule for another date or switch to a studio session. For all mini sessions, all sessions will be moved to the predetermined rain date.

 

Q: Will you provide unedited photos?

A: All images are a representation of the artists talents, therefore, no photos will be sent unedited.

 

Q: Do you provide props for each session?

A: Every session is unique. CS Photography will always provide a blanket and also a chair/bench for children upon request. Some themed mini sessions will have props.

Q: What if I need to cancel my session?

A: For private sessions, cancelations with more than 72 hours notice, your retainer can be used as a credit for a future session. For mini session events, all sales are final. You must be available for both the original date as well as the scheduled rain date. You will only receive a refund if both dates are rained out.
